At JJ Malibu, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on items in original condition. Please note that for hygiene reasons, some items like underwear and swimwear must have all original tags and liners intact.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the products are unworn and unwashed.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Print your prepaid shipping label provided by the portal and drop off the package at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects and approves your return, your refund or store credit will be processed within 5-7 business days.
